I'm back and kicking!

3 days after our major-gigantic-biggie deal mock exam, my classmates and I packed our bag and hit the road for a budget getaway trip to the Island of Redang!
Shakira tag Robyn along while I brought boyfee and a few others brought along friends their boyfee too!
20 young and kickin' people boarded a midnight doubledecker bus.. suffered through 6 hours of bumpy roads and the freezing cold aircond with sleepless night only to find ourselves being thrown on the quiet streets of Terengganu at dawn. Pathetic.
And it wasn't too long till we had breakfast and then continue the journey to the island on a speed boat. Service wasn't first class I must admit but it was rather well off.
Johnson brought along his guitar while Jason brought his Sony-SLR for picture takings!
Damn!!
I must admit these J people are so prepared for the trip!

And soon, after a drowsy boat ride we finally saw land ahead of us! As we got closer, the deep blue see became more beautiful, water was clear as crystal and everyone (I'm sure) was jumping with joy! The feeling of sleepiness and tiredness just evaporate into thin air!

As we only paid RM406 for the entire trip, we really weren't expecting much from the service but how wrong I was! The room was perfectly decent although the lack of TV (which was not missed terribly)!

The rest of the trip was just full of snorkeling, sun bathing, soaking in the beach, playing captain ball.
One thing that surprises me most is the food served! I had stayed in Berjaya Resort previously and I'd say that Redang Reef (the one was stayed in) is deffo better than Berjaya!
Food was so much better.. SERIOUSLY! Al tho redang reef only serve normal local food but it tasted great! Able to have dinner as we watch the sunset was the best.. something I didn't experience at Berjaya.

At night, some of them were stuck singing karaoke while Shakira,Robyn, boyfee and I hit the club by the beach! (the rest of my friends clubbed the other night. They were too excited!)

Okay. Clubbing by the beach is just AWESOMEEEEE. It beats two hands down clubbing in any club in KL I tell you!
Stereo blast, bare footed, hot DJ and great friends just made it simply fun!
I just had the time of my life!

Snorkeling was fun too! The fishes and this gigantic 8 feet long eel we saw and little sharks were first hand experience! We even spotted jellyfish and I got so paranoid that I jumped up the boat immediately!

So many things to do, so little time.
A few of my crazy friends even woke up at 5 am to watch sunrise and I slept like a pig through out and am contented to see only pictures of the sunrise they took! =)

On the 3rd day was our day to say good bye to the Island. Jason called it 'paradise on earth' and I totally agree!
On the mainland, we manage to walk a bit around Terengganu town. Bought keropok lekors and stuff. And we had seafood dinner before boarding the last bus to head back to the concrete jungle of KL.
So many memories we left on that island, so much fun we had.

One day, in years to come, we will turn back and smile over the treasure we had collected through out the journey.
I'm just so glad everyone had fun during the trip I planned. I was so afraid everything won't work out but surprisingly it turned out better than expected.
Must have been the company that we had that lighten up the atmosphere!
A bunch of future Lawyers are the craziest bunch of people after all!
And I shall end here.
